Comments: They sold out of these awhile back but was lucky enough to snag one. I'm running this display by serial with LCDC. The top pic has my AMD logo in custom characters. The bottom is of the 2x2 big clock LCDC plugin.

Comments: This display is currently sold out, too. It's just a basic parallel LCD that I put in a RadioShack project box and hooked up a dial for brightness & contrast. The silver bezel of the LCD looked out of place so I used electric tape to cover it. Dosen't look too bad, I guess. I at first used LCDSmartie but found jaLCDs offered more control and other neat little features.

Comments: This is my white-blue 240 x 128 LCD held by a plexi stand on my desktop. The graphics that are shown on the display is for software that has to be developed (design concept). I've also done all the graphics and skins for PowerLCD 2.0 which will be released soon. Check www.powerlcd.com for more info!

Comments: Custom made keypad connected through the frame to the back of the LCD. LCDC is then used to configure the buttons to do what I want. The first row launch various applications (WinAmp, MBM, Outlook, IE and WinTV). The second row switches to info screens (WinAmp track info, MBM stats, date and time, RAM usage, Disk usage). Third row is some more info screens (Network usgae, Weather report, News headlines, launch Calculator, launch Notepad). Fourth row are system commands (Vol up, Mute, Vol down, Backlight toggle, screen pause). Fifth row controls WinAmp (Previous track, Rewind, Play/Stop toggle, Forward, Next Track).

Comments: It was broke and without a datasheet when I got it, but I got it working and this is the result. Not bad if you ask me. The EL-foil backlight is very weird to see, the color is rather cold, but it draws your eyes to it.

Comments: Good lord, my simple 16x2 looks pale compared to the very elabolate displays here. I did wanted to enhanced my G4 Mod rather than outstage it, so I am happy with the result, but software still needs work. This is a PC-in-a-G4-box and can be found at www.ichau.com/G4
